Complaints the authority can consider
The authority is able to consider and resolve complaints that relate to:
- the behaviour and conduct of our staff in their dealings with members of the public
- the services we provide and are responsible for
- procurement processes that are non-compliant with the Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Act 2018(Opens in a new tab/window).

The information you provide is used to improve and maintain our services and/or investigate and respond to your feedback. The information will be disclosed to the business area to which the feedback relates. It will not be used or disclosed to third parties unless you provide your consent, or we are required or authorised by law to do so.
