9 October 2020: The Authority published it third legislative review of the Emissions Reduction Fund.

The Authority is required to review the Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF) every three years under the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011(Opens in a new tab/window)).
